Started by two chefs, cofounders Dave & Joe in 2013, all of our juices are inspired by culinary traditions. Our first flavor, watermelon, was created on a hot summer day in the kitchen, with lightly blemished watermelons.

With all of our creations, we strive to use "unwanted"  fruits, veggies, and ingredients that are perfectly fresh on the inside, but may have a few blemishes on the outside, helping to lower food waste.

 

Everything we create is crafted simply, cold pressed, and chef inspired. JUISI creations are prepared with restraint, bursting with flavor, and jam-packed with nutrients. Oomph! Keep it simple. Keep it JUISI.
